The Front Door · Series A
Four minutes at ten o’clock at night

Mid-recording, Dr Pouria Moradi opened his practice WhatsApp and read out the latest enquiry. What happened next took four minutes.
The message arrived at 9.52 on a Wednesday night. By 9.56 the patient had her questions answered, had asked for a consultation the following month, and had chosen when she’d like the team to call her. Gregory Gray then explains why reaching a patient while she is still thinking about you matters so much.
Worth watching if your evening enquiries wait until morning.
Filmed during the recording, using Dr Moradi’s own practice WhatsApp. It is one founder’s practice account, not independent customer testimony or a result to expect elsewhere. No patient details are shown.
A 30-minute video conversation with a founder about how enquiries reach your practice, where conversations stall and what your team needs next. We will show how CareConcierge could fit your workflow. If it is not a fit, we will say so.
