Not yet doesn’t mean no

“Not yet” is one of the most misheard phrases in private practice. Most teams hear “no”.
Dr Pouria Moradi describes the two patients practices lose most often: the enquiry that never books a consultation, and the patient who is seen but doesn’t go ahead. He explains CareConcierge’s gentle follow-up, which he calls the Sleeping Beauty approach, and why patients find it easier to say no to an AI agent than to a person. Oli Wood then shows how “come back to me after my daughter’s wedding” is remembered, and answered with a personal note at the right time.
Worth watching if your list of people to call back keeps growing.
A 30-minute conversation with a founder about unfinished enquiries, preferred contact times and how follow-up is remembered in your practice today.
